Unique mee-table Experiences

Beyond classic bookings, mee-table lets you activate exclusive experiences designed to fill your venue during normally quiet hours and attract a new crowd. Every experience is fully manageable from the dashboard, with tickets, payments and automatic communications.

Dating Aperitivo

Organize themed singles nights at your restaurant. Participants sign up online, fill in a short profile and join the aperitivo. The next day, through a swipe/match mechanism, guests discover their affinities and the platform turns every match into a paying dinner booking for your venue, with no extra effort on your part. The system handles tickets, communications and reminders automatically.

How it works

  1. Create the event from the dashboard, setting the date, time and ticket price.
  2. Participants buy their ticket and fill in their profile.
  3. During the evening, classic aperitivo service; the swipe/match opens by itself the next day.
  4. Matches receive an invitation to book a dinner at your venue.
Benefit for your restaurant: You turn a quiet evening into an earning opportunity: the tickets cover the costs and the follow-up dinners generate additional revenue.

Cooking Class

Turn your kitchen into a stage. A professional chef guides participants through the preparation of a menu, which is then enjoyed together. Classes are ideal for afternoon slots or weekdays, when the restaurant would otherwise be closed or see few guests. Every participant buys a ticket online: management is entirely automatic, from sales to the participant list.

How it works

  1. From the control panel, create the class: name, chef, menu, duration and price.
  2. Customers buy the ticket directly from your site.
  3. On the day of the event, the chef welcomes the participants and guides them through the preparation.
  4. At the end, everyone eats together what they have cooked.

Gift Card

Your venue gift card is bought online in a minute, for any amount, and redeemed at your counter. Whoever receives it often does not know you yet: they walk in with a reason and almost always spend more than the voucher is worth. You take the money now and serve later.

How it works

  1. Turn the Gift Card page on from the settings: free amounts or fixed tiers, expiry, message on the card.
  2. The customer picks the venue, the amount and who the gift is for.
  3. They pay online: the gift card is emailed to them or straight to the recipient.
  4. At the table your staff read the code and take it off the bill, from the dashboard.
Benefit for your restaurant: You cash in today for a service you will deliver tomorrow, and the voucher brings in someone who had never chosen you before.

Wall4Art + Art Opening

The walls of your venue become a rotating art gallery thanks to the Wall4Art platform, which selects and installs works by emerging artists. Organize an evening opening with an entrance ticket, the artist in attendance and a selection of drinks and finger food. The event attracts a new audience: art lovers and the curious: who stay for dinner at the end of the evening, generating additional covers.

How it works

  1. Wall4Art proposes a selection of works suited to your space; you choose the exhibition.
  2. We create the opening evening together: date, time, ticket price and special menu.
  3. Promote the event on your site and social channels using the materials provided by the platform.
  4. On the night of the opening, the artist is present, guests visit the exhibition and place orders.
